The pattern is written in US terminology.

What is needed:
 - yarn of your choice 
 - crochet hook (based on what your yarn requires)
 - darning needle
 - scissors

This bandana is customizable in size, depending on the yarn and hook size you use, however, I do not recommend using yarn thicker than weight 3. You'll also find 3 different size charts in the pattern that will guide you in how many squares you'll need, based on the size of the first square.

I used Alize Bella 100% cotton yarn to create this bandana. The yarn usage is about 50 g.
