The pattern is written in US crochet terminology.

What is needed:
 - yarn of your choice 
 - crochet hook (based on what your yarn requires)
 - darning needle if you'd like to weave in your ends
 - scissors
 - stitch markers

The PDF pattern contains the mosaic chart as well as written instructions with pictures. This pattern is meant for intermediate and advanced crocheters who are familiar with overlay mosaic method.
BONUS! You will receive a mosaic chart for Flowers Without Stars which is the same design, but with only flowers. However, written instructions for this design are not included.

Please note! This pattern will teach you how to crochet the Flowers & Stars mosaic design, but it will not teach you how to crochet a specific item. Instead, you can incorporate this design into your own projects. While writing the pattern I crocheted a mini blanket (wrap) which you could crochet as well. I have provided information about my starting chain length as well as the repeats for my wrap.

You will have lots of yarn tails when you are done crocheting your item. If possible, I recommend crocheting an envelope border instead of weaving in all the ends. Instructions for the border are not included in this pattern. If you are crocheting a shawl or a scarf, you can leave the ends as fringe.

When you make a purchase, you will receive 3 PDF files. One is the pattern and the other two are mosaic charts (one for Flowers & Stars, the other for Flowers Without Stars) in case you would like to print out only the chart. This is a digital download and you will not be sent a physical item.
